Stable identifiers

Internal product ids plus supermarket slug and external id. Images on object storage.

Multi-region

UK + Ireland live; United States rolling out (`region=us`, starting with Target). Same JSON shape, currency follows the shop (`GBP` / `EUR` / `USD`).
